Zizzi Fest – Conferencing & Outdoor Event Case Study

Zizzi Restaurants required a multitude of spaces for their annual ‘family gathering’. This included formal space to hold a business conference to look at the past year and future opportunities together with outdoor space to have an evening of celebration, fun and reward, large enough to hold a glamping field and festival style event for over 200 delegates. The 150 acre Mythe Farm and Mythe Barn site fitted these requirements perfectly.

TWIA – Evening Event Case Study

During 2015 the glamorous West Midlands Regional Wedding Industry Awards was held here at Mythe Barn. In the spectacular surroundings of the barn, guests had plenty of chance to chat to their peers and make new connections whilst enjoying Champagne Lanson White Label with delicious canapés and bowl food from our on-site caterers. The Dress2Kill dress code was fully embraced and everyone looked amazing!

Terex – Product Launch Case Study

Terex were looking for a versatile venue that could provide a wide range of meeting and break out spaces as well as outdoor space that could handle large machinery (two 8.5 tonne diggers!) for an experiential event with international delegates. They wanted a unique venue with wow factor that could host everything on one site and in close proximity.

Office Depot – Conferencing Case Study

Conference facilities were required for two days for 36 delegates each day at the company’s annual logistics away days. On site accommodation for five event organisers and senior managers, local accommodation for each delegate, an evening barbecue buffet for all attendees at Mythe Barn and coach transport between the local hotel and our facilities were also required.

The PMAS Leadership Team had developed new corporate values that were aligned to their strategic and cultural change programme. Requiring activities that focused on these values to draw out key learning, our challenge was to design an activity that did all this, yet was stimulating and fun too! This was to be followed by a meeting day to embed the learning and discuss the strategic development .
